As usual I browsed my local stores for new items and came across another color version of Matchbox’s Honda Civic Si. I am really liking there realistic ,to scale, detailed offerings for under $1. So it had to be plucked from the pegs and brought home to be with its’ brothers.
I have been in the market for a little while to get a smaller digital camera for everyday shooting. And I came across this inexpensively clearance priced Nikon Coolpix S202 at Target. I didn’t think the $80 price tag was too bad for this camera seeing how I bought it at full price for my misses several months back. I like how it shoots and it will work great for me on my everyday adventures out n about.
I have been eyeballing this play set for a little while, unwilling to spend the $29 on it. So I finally caught it on clearance and scooped it up.
Since San Diego Comic Convention was going on over the weekend I was totally engulfed with trying to have a few friends that attended score me some of the convention exclusives. I hadn’t paid too much mind to what was hitting stores currently. I walked into Target to grab a Digital Camera and stopped by the toys section and came across 2 Trunk Fresh Haulers. A nice surprise to say the least. They both came home with me.
I somehow got lucky this morning and came across 2 cases of freshly stocked Disney CARS Lenticular B case items. I shuffled them all into my cart and made sure my Canadian collector friend and myself were covered. Although I noticed half of the CARS in this case weren’t too “lenticular” as I couldn’t really tell their eyes were closing at any angle. But I personally HAD TO HAVE Boost and DJ. The Piston Cup Dinoco McQueen Chases don’t hurt the eyes too much either.
This last week has been GREAT for Diecast scores. The Disney CARS Lenticular scores have been off the chain!!! Just a group of Saluting Sarges from the past 6 days!
I have a GREAT friend in Canada that I am more than willing to help out with CARS stuff that he can’t get a hold of for himself and his Grandson Teo. Well needless to say I received a parcel from him the other day and I am speechless. This cool gent sent me some international Disney CARS Race O Rama Series P.T. Flea n Fliks Movie moments as well as some international carded Disney CARS Lenticular Chick Hicks and Lightning McQueen!!! WAY ROCKIN!!!!! I love the International CARDS! Thank you Mr. Steve!!
Not to take anything away from Mr. Steve’s gift,but I also received some WORLD OF CARS P.T. Flea and Flik’s from a collector in the UK.
The last few nights have been great for Hot Wheels scores as well as other lines which will show up later. But now is the incredible Hot Whels week I had. I guess all the HW night owls were sleeping….

I was finally able to get this Launcher through carstheytoys.com member trade. I definitely don’t think it would have resurfaced around here anytime soon.
I figured I might as well release the Team Spare O Mint from its’ packaged confines. I think they look better know that they are able to breathe fresh air!
