Disney CARS Toys R Us N20 Cola Piston Cup Racer Promotion

N20 Promo

I know I am super late on this announcement! I have been really busy with other things. But Toys R Us is following up their Disney CARS Sidewall Shine promo with a N20 Cola Car promo. This car will come exactly as the Sidewall did, in a clear acrylic case with the name plates and CARS logo stickered on the case. This promo runs from October 26th, 2008 to December 31st, 2008. Plenty of time to find 5 or more CARS characters to be eligible for the mail in.

Now the directions for this promo are as follows:

1. You have to buy 5 Eligible CARS characters to get a N20 Cola. Now you may ask . “what are eligible CARS characters?” well A you can check the UPC’s codes (bar codes on the back of the package) and match numbers up. You can also visit http://www.5for1promotion.com which lists a GREAT DEAL more UPC’s for you to match up with your selections. Granted this might make you buy tons of peg warmers, but hey you will get a cool arse car out of it! Now MOST IMPORTANT!!! Your dated receipt for CARS purchases MUST be dated October 26th, 2008 or later. Any purchases before that time frame are ineligible. So make sure you buy the CARS for the promo between October 26th and December 31st!!!!!!!

2. Unlike the last promo’s confusion, Mattel has now stuck the scan-able UPC on the back of the Card, So detach that from the actual CARS character, bundle your 5 or more card backers. Visit http://www.5for1promotion.com to fill out and print your order form.

2a. You will have to pay $5 shipping for each N20 Cola car as well as shipping for your card backs to Mattel’s satellite office in New York. I would suggest if you are going to take your time for the promo and get several N20 Cola’s that you send them all off at once, saves a little hassle with the post office and shipping costs from your end. As long as you have the dated purchase receipts between October 26th and December 31st, you can mail them off no later than December 31st and Mattel HAS TO RECEIVE them by the middle of January 2009.

3. after you gather everything together and get ready to mail things out, I would make copies of all your card backs and the print out copy from 5for1promotions.com to ensure you have documentation of your mail in in case any funny business comes up. And within a few weeks you will be the owner of one or a few N20 Cola Acrylic cased CARS racers!

4. LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT RULE: THIS PROMOTION IS ONLY OPEN TO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS. SO IF YOU ARE AN OVERSEAS COLLECTOR YOU MIGHT WANT TO REACH OUT TO YOUR COLLECTING COMMUNITY IN THE STATES (WWW.CARSTHETOYS.COM OR WWW.TAKE5ADAY.COM) AND SEE IF SOMEONE CAN HELP YOU OUT WITH A PURCHASE.

Hope this was helpful and or informative for you guys n gals!

  1. I have been to Toys R Us for the “promo and there are no “Cars” to be had. Any other way to get the cola car without having to spend a weeks pay?

  2. I am sure every TRU right now has been flooded with Race O Rama Card back CARS vehicles. so if you see any of those you just need 5. And I am sure by December 31st you hopefully will have a chance to score 5 newer CARS even if that means grabbing a few extras you already have. Check out carsthetoys.com and takefiveaday.com. There might be some members there willing to help you out on purchasing those 5 cars if it becomes impossible for you to do. Hope this helps!

  3. hi i have the backs of the cards but i didnt keep the upc off the pkg. i do have the reiciept. please let me know. thanks angie.

    1. Sadly, the directions specifically said the barcode needed to be included. If you purchased the world of cars version singles then you might want to hopefully grab them from the trash if possible. However if you have the Race O Rama cardbacks then you are safe since the UPC’s are on the back of the card, Hope that helps!angiegeltz@aol.com

  4. Nice blog. I got a lot of good information. I’ve been keeping an eye on this technology for awhile. It’s intriguing how it keeps shifting, yet some of the core elements stay the same. Have you seen much change since Google made their latest acquisition in the field?
