JAE BUENO X LOS ANGELES TRIP APRIL 2013

RANDY’S DONUTS MUST STOP!!

I recently felt I need to visit a dear friend in California. My friend Jae Bueno has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Stomach cancer. We have been friends for the better part of 11 years, in which he and his beautiful family have welcomed me into their home as family with every trip I made out. I had to see my friend god forbid if it would be the last time I could see and speak with him.

I enjoyed every moment I was able to spend with Jae and his family it really made my year, and DEFINITELY put into perspective of Jae’s fight with cancer how insignificant my daily bitches are in the grand scheme of things. I appreciated their hospitality with my visit as I know Jae has been sick with the chemo and meds.

I was able to visit The Lower Left in San Diego where Bobby Tribal held a HUGE tribute for Jae and other artists at his store.

I got some cool flicks of the tribute space while I was there.

A GREAT TRIBUTE TO A GREAT MAN, FATHER AND FRIEND!!!

I was able to stay with another good friend Jay and his misses Karen while in California.Thank you ISN’T enough for this great couple that opened their beautiful home to my traveling butt. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in their home and playtime with their “kids” Louie and Maci.

They threw food challenges at me and I accepted and handled them. Even got a picture on a wall so Jay can see me every time he hits that spot! HA!

I also got to hit Pepe’s for some good Mexican food!

AND OF COURSE GOTTA HIT IN N OUT!!

All in all the trip was wonderful, but I wish it was under different circumstances. I pray with all my heart for the Bueno family to keep staying strong and hope that Jae can kick this cancers ASS!!!
